    2. Post-Completion Cancellations: Once work has commenced or been completed on your order, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to services such as company formation, logo design, website development, and any other bespoke services.
    3. Digital Products and Services: Due to the nature of digital products and services, once these have been delivered or initiated, refunds are not available unless required by law.
  2. Non-Refundable Services
    Certain services are non-refundable once ordered or processed. These include:
    • Company formation and registration fees.
    • Domain name registration and hosting services.
    • Business email setup and configurations.
    • Customised business plans, cash flow models, and profit & loss statements.
  3. KYC (Know Your Customer) and ID Requirements
    1. We are required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and identification (ID) checks. You must provide the requested KYC and ID information in a timely manner for us to deliver the services.
    2. Service Cancellation Due to Non-Compliance: If you fail to provide the required KYC and ID information, we reserve the right to cancel the services without notice. In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  4. Errors and Omissions
    If an error or omission occurs on our part, we will work to rectify it at no additional cost to you. In cases where the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.
  5. Timeframes for Refunds
    Where a refund is approved, we will process it within 14 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
